They will head Film Advertising Crafts and Writing for Advertising categories respectively.

The D&AD awards has announced the Foremen Jury for its 54th edition, to be held in May 2016. Balakrishnan 'Balki' Rajagopalan, chairman and chief creative officer, Lowe Lintas and Prasoon Joshi, chairman, McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific, have been invited from India to be part of the panel. While Balki will head the Film Advertising Crafts category, Joshi will oversee Writing for Advertising.
The awards announced the foremen for 27 categories, and also introduced two new categories namely Media and PR.

The Foremen Jury are selected from around the globe, reflecting the depth, breadth and excellence of the creative industry as it is today. We are always humbled by the assembly of creative talent and this year's line up is no exception."
While the entries for the 2016 awards are open until February 17, D&AD is offering a 20 per cent discount to entries made till November 25. The D&AD awards, which were first given out in 1962, stand for Design and Art Direction. The coveted D&AD Pencil is considered to be one of the toughest advertising awards to win. India won a total of 19 Pencils this year, with McCann and JWT accounting for six Pencils each, followed by Ogilvy which was awarded four Pencils.
