He will be based in Mumbai.
DDB Mudra Group has brought on board Nilay Moonje as group creative director, DDB Mudra West. Moonje joins from Ogilvy & Mather where he was creative director. He will work at DDB's Mumbai office.
Moonje started his career at O&M and later moved to Leo Burnett for a brief period, before coming back to Ogilvy for a second stint.
In his twelve-year-long career, he has worked on numerous brands in FMCG, sports, electronics, financial and tourism sectors. Some of the brands that he has worked on include Amaron Batteries, Star Sports Pro Kabaddi, Diu Tourism, Comfort Fabric Conditioner, Siemens, Taj Mahal Tea, Johnnie Walker, Bajaj Electricals and Loksatta, among others.
On his appointment, Moonje says, "It is a great opportunity to work at DDB Mudra West, and under the creative leadership of Rahul Mathew and Sonal Dabral.
