The summit's sub-theme will be 'Crossroads: Where change is shaping the future today'.
The International Advertising Association's (IAA) India chapter is set to organise a two-day summit to celebrate its silver jubilee. Under the overall theme of 'What's coming next' of IAA Global, the summit will have a sub-theme of 'Crossroads: Where change is shaping the future today'. The event will be held on September 4 and 5 in Kochi's Le Meridian Convention Centre and will be attended by many, including Faris Abouahmad, chairman and world president of IAA World Board.
IAA India chapter president, Srinivasan Swamy, promises great entertainment. "There will be top international and national speakers. The content will appeal to senior and middle-management professionals across marketing, advertising and media. We are also making special arrangements to accommodate academia as well, because we want them to benefit from the great content on offer. We will be announcing a comprehensive list of speakers and topics very shortly," he says.
Pradeep Guha, area director, IAA Asia Pacific and chairman of the summit, adds, "The India Chapter has been performing quite remarkably, and I am very pleased that the silver jubilee is being celebrated with a mix of knowledge and entertainment of the highest order. I believe this is one event that cannot be missed by anyone in the communication industry. I would urge my friends in the industry to join us."
IAA is an integrated advertising trade association with members from advertising agencies and media industry. Membership to the India Chapter of IAA is by invitation only. IAA in India is seen as one of the most active chapters and conducts events such as Olive Crown Awards, Leadership Awards, Digiyatra and Young Turks Forum.
