DigitasLBi, the Publicis Groupe company, has roped in Prithviraj Banerjee as head, India. Based out of Mumbai, he will report to Amaresh Godbole, managing director, India. Prior to this Banerjee was strategic planning head - Rediffusion Y&R Mumbai and Everest Brand Solutions.

Banerjee has worked with BBH in London and India, and started his advertising career with Leo Burnett. His experience includes both strategy and account management stints working on brands like Vaseline, Tata Motors, Vodafone, Reliance Mobile, Kronenbourg, Taj Group of Hotels and SBI Mutual Funds.
