Sharma joins the agency from Everest Brand Solutions.
Soho Square Mumbai has announced the appointment of Pramod Sharma as senior creative director. He joins the agency from Everest Brand Solutions.
Speaking on the appointment, Anuraag Khandelwal and Satish Desa, ECDs and creative heads, Soho Square Mumbai, say, "In Pramod we found the ideal mix of maturity and crazy ideas. He is very ambitious, and yet very down-to-earth. We believe we have found one more member of our tribe."
Sharma comes with over 14 years of work experience across agencies like Ogilvy, Dentsu, Percept-Hakuhodo and DDB Mudra. During his career he has worked on brands such as Parle Products, Sony Sab TV, Sony Pal, Pantaloons, Maxx Mobiles, Fedex, Reliance Communications, Readers Digest, Cisco and Raymond Apparels.
Commenting on the new role, Sharma states, "Soho is packed with young blood and some of the best creative brains. Some outstanding work is taking shape here, with the promise of some exciting times ahead. Satish and Anuraag wanted me to be a part of this journey. I happily agreed to partner them."
Last year Ogilvy India's sister concern Meridian Communications was rebranded as Soho Square, after merging with the international agency of the same name, which is a part of the WPP Group.
Soho Square handles creative mandates of BJP, ITC Superia, Bisleri, Vedica, Urzza, H&R Johnson, Bajaj Electricals,Prism Cement, Franklin Templeton and Richa Realty.
