She is back to working on the PepsiCo account, which includes 15 brands.
Anuja Chauhan, the former creative hand at JWT, who gave the memorable "Yeh dil maange more" proposition to the brand Pepsi has rejoined the agency as creative consultant. She quit JWT to pursue her literary passion and authored three books - Zoya Factor, The Battle for Bittora and The Pricey Thakur Girls - along the way.
Chauhan will be a part of the Power of One (Po1) team that the global ad agency is putting together to work on the PepsiCo account. This is for the first time the agency will assign a group of people solely dedicated to the promotion of single brand. Chauhan has been working on the PepsiCo account for the last two months. The account covers 15 brands from the company.
Speaking on her return, a beaming Chauhan says, "It is exciting to come back to JWT. A lot of people have worked on the PepsiCo account and it is good to see the brand standing tall today. However, we plan to take it a notch higher with the Power of One concept and a dedicated team assigned for the brand."
Chauhan's first campaign post her return to the agency was the digital initiative #BackToSchool. Released on July 25th, the digital video has garnered 1.6 million views on YouTube. JWT has had the Pepsi account for the last 25 years.
