Cheil Worldwide SW Asia has announced the appointment of Arun Sharma as vice president, Integrated Strategic Planning. Sharma will work closely with Atishi Pradhan, chief strategy officer, in creating brand opportunities to drive brand growth and experiences. He moves from DDB Mudra Delhi where he was vice president and head - Strategic Planning.
Sharma comes with over 15 years of experience that cuts across categories and businesses including aviation, automobiles, banking and finance, confectionery, FMCG, technology and telecom.

Prior to DDB Mudra, Sharma has worked with Contract Advertising, ABN Amro, Rediffusion Y&R, Lowe Lintas. He has worked on clients including Airtel, Cisco, Dabur, Danone, Huawei, Marico, Maruti, Muthoot, NIIT, SpiceJet Airlines, Spice Telecom, Whirlpool, Wrigley's, Yamaha to name a few.
Cheil set up the agency office in India in 2003 with just 12 team members and today has over 450 team members.
