This is the fourth edition of the annual home-buying festival organised by the Times Group.
Nilesh Vaidya and Shreepad Shende's recently launched ad agency, a.m., has won the creative mandate for Times Mangal Parv 2013.
The agency won the account following a multi-agency pitch held in Mumbai recently. Its mandate will be to work on the creatives for the event across print, radio and BTL.
Rasesh Gandhi, vice-president, Response, The Times Group, says, "We are happy to partner with a.m. for the Mangal Parv creative duties. Its creative pitch was different and the message was well conveyed to the TG in a humorous manner. The festive season definitely drives the real estate market as builders and buyers both consider this time auspicious. Several buyers wait for this time to move into a new home and builders launch their projects and have special offers during the festive season."
Shreepad Shende, director, a.m., says, "It is a privilege for us to be associated with the Times Group. Times Mangal Parv as an event is highly regarded by the developer fraternity, and the campaign is eagerly awaited every year. We hope our association with the event results in even greater sales and memorability."
Nilesh Vaidya, director, a.m., says, "This is a significant win for us. After the press release of our launch last month, we had hoped to be back in the news soon for our work and wins. And I couldn't have imagined a better way to do that than an association with India's most respected media group."
This is the fourth edition of Times Mangal Parv, which is an annual home-buying festival organised by the Times Group. The event aims to give a boost to home sales and will he held during August 23- October 6. It sees participation from developers in the residential sector.
Also, during the festival, prospective buyers stand the chance to win prizes if they buy from a developer participating in Times Mangal Parv. In past years, the grand prize has included a free high-end apartment. This year, three lucky winners will win cash back prizes of up to Rs 50 lakh.
Times Mangal Parv also rewards developers and their staff for exceptional festival branding and sales performance, respectively.
