Based in Mumbai, Panday will work to make the network a strategic business hub for digital studio and pre-media production services.
Sanjay Panday, senior vice-president, DDB Mudra, Mumbai, has been designated as head of Gutenberg Networks India, a global integrated marketing production organisation that is part of the Omnicom Group.
The network entered India in June, 2012. At the time, DDB Mudra Group's pre-media production solutions specialist agency Maatra was rebranded as Gutenberg Networks India.
On his new mandate, Panday says, "The global trend of consolidation of artwork, digital studio and pre-production services is now in India. I'm looking forward to help make Gutenberg Networks India one of the best pre-media production services companies in the region."
Madhukar Kamath, group chief executive officer and managing director, DDB Mudra Group, says that Panday's appointment will take the network closer to its goal of becoming a strategic business hub for digital studio and pre-media production services.
Panday has been with the DDB Mudra Group for more than five years and has about 20 years of industry experience. Some of the key brands he has worked on in his career include Cadbury, ITC, Emirates, Videocon, Emami and Asian Paints, among others.
