Experion Group, an overseas real estate company, is on the lookout for a full service agency to cater to its creative, media and digital needs. It has shortlisted three of the six agencies it had invited earlier. The company began the process last month. The size of the business is estimated at Rs 10-15 crore.
The Delhi-based company plans a series of launches in the coming months and requires the support of a full service agency. The agency will be appointed for a tentative period of two years.
Experion has in a short period of time has had two creative agencies. First, Contract Advertising cam on board in August 2011 and helped the company with rebranding last January. Than, ad boutique Goosebumps took over the reins in July. The media planning and buying duties were handled internally till now.
Experion came to India in 2006 and was known as Gold Developers. It is part of Gold Resorts and Hotels, Singapore. Since its arrival, the company claims to have invested more than US$230 million to acquire land and develop projects in India. It says it has a presence in seven states including Delhi and NCR, Haryana, Goa, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Experion plans to develop projects in retail, residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.
