Draftfcb Ulka appoints Dennis Koshy as VP, Bengaluru

Koshy was managing a large chunk of business across JWT's Bengaluru and Chennai offices.

Dennis Koshy has been appointed vice-president at Draftfcb Ulka' s Bengaluru office. He will be responsible for the agency's Bengaluru operations.

Earlier, Koshy was vice-president and client services director at JWT and managed a large chunk of JWT's business across its Bengaluru and Chennai offices.

In an official communiqué, Nitin Karkare, chief operating officer, Draftfcb Ulka, says, "We are confident that Koshy will lead the Bengaluru office and the client businesses to even greater heights. He has the support of a core senior and stable team, all of whom have worked alongside each other for almost a decade."

Koshy, a PG diploma holder in Marketing Communication from MICA, started his career at Enterprise Nexus as a management trainee, where he was exposed to clients such as Torrent Pharma, American Express and VST . He left the agency as senior account executive in 2000, and moved to JWT as senior account executive in Bengaluru.

He stayed with JWT for about 12 years and worked on a wide spectrum of clients such as HUL (Knorr, Lipton, Taj Mahal), Spice Telecom, UB, Van Heusen, Levi's and Lifestyle, among others.
