This French anti-smoking campaign generated controversy from the very beginning of it's release, it reads, "Smoking is to be a slave to tobacco", and insinuates that the female picture is in a forced sexual position, essentially being a slave, but the cigarette in her mouth implies that the gent holding her is a metaphor for the force tobacco has on people.
