Su-Kam presents "Sales ka Baazigar"

Su-Kam Power Systems Limited, India's leading power back up solutions provider, has launched an exciting and challenging talent hunt competition to find India's most enterprising salesperson. The talent hunt show is the first of its kind reality TV show in the country that aims to identify ordinary men with extraordinary selling skills. This show will create a national platform for many aspiring and talented young people to showcase their talent. Mr Ravi Kishan, Noted Bollywood actor has been roped in as the Face of the Competition. Su-Kam Power Systems has partnered with ETV UP for airing the show on ETV.

Speaking on the occasion, the brains behind the show idea & concept, Kunwer Sachdev, MD, Su-Kam Power Systems Limited, said, "There are a number of people in the country, who despite being talented, do not get an opportunity to showcase it. To provide an opportunity to such enterprising and talented salespersons in the country, I conceptualized this idea of the Sales Ka Baazigar talent hunt show."

"We, as a company, always believe that talent should be appreciated and duly rewarded. For this show, my idea was to make sure that we create a large platform to identify some very ingenious & enthusiastic salespersons who, irrespective of their backgrounds, will get an excellent opportunity to work with us and realize their full potential. The show will have an eminent panel of judges that will shortlist the best candidates at each stage. The panel of judges shall include Ravi Kishan, Noted Actor; Ms. Pankaj Bhadouria, Winner of Masterchef India, Season one; Shishir Srivastava, Famous Motivational Speaker and Prof. Kaustubh Dhargalkar, Mentor at Center for Innovation & Enterprise- IIM-Ahmedabad. The show is open for participation from anyone in the age group of 21 – 30 years and the minimum qualification required is 10th class matriculation.

The top ten finalists from the show shall be absorbed by Su-Kam and the winner will get a package of ten lacs per annum, followed by the first runner up who will receive a package of six lacs per annum, and so on.

On being the face of the show and a special jury, Actor and Television personality Ravi Kishan said, "I am extremely thrilled to be a part of this show. There are very few who are born with a silver spoon; others have to change their destiny on their own. I identify with the common man and believe that talent and hard work can help one achieve their dream. There will be a thorough screening process to assess the abilities of participants. This is one of the best opportunities for sales enthusiasts in India to prove themselves and I look forward to judging the show."

The auditions for the show will take place across eight cities in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, namely Lucknow, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Agra, Noida, Meerut and Dehradun. The auditions will start from 20th April in Lucknow followed by the aforementioned cities.

The show will be promoted across an integrated marketing platform including all mediums of communication to reach the target audience and bring out the best talent from these states. The entire process of auditioning, screening and the finale will stretch over a span of three months. The first audition telecast will take place on 4th May.
