UTV Movies to premiere 'A Wednesday'

Yet another first from the UTV Movies, the critically acclaimed film ‘A Wednesday’ would be premiered on 21st December 2008 at 8pm.

‘A Wednesday’ was released on 5th September 2008 and would be making its satellite premiere within a short span of 3 months. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, and UTV Spotboy Productions, the film has been directed by Neeraj Pandey and stars Anupam Kher and Naseeruddin Shah in leading roles. The film revolves around a terror plot which unfolds a series of events which deeply affect the lives of those involved.

UTV Movies has set industry benchmarks by being the ‘first to air the latest’. Within 10 months of UTV Movies has already premiered blockbuster titles like Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal, Aamir, Jannat, Halla Bol, Jodhaa Akbar, Mumbai Meri Jaan, Aap Ka Suroor, Life in a… Metro, My Name is Anthony Gonsalves and Race among others.
