The best part of my job is

The best part of my job is the diversity of people we come across. In PR, no one day is the same as the other and that's what keeps me going. Every project, client industry, and team brings in new perspectives and learning and that keeps you on your toes.

My leadership mantra

Be confident in your teachings to your team and trust your team to do the right thing.

My career-defining moment

Recently, I was selected by Harvard University for a program where I can learn from world-class peers and teachers. Another pivotal moment in my career was earning industry recognition for Madchatter's work culture practices. Our ethos of Business With Kindness is gradually influencing individuals and clients, marking a gratifying shift in priorities.

My top 3 productivity hacks

  1. Spend time on some form of fitness, it's the best form of detox and self-love that enables you to focus better.

  • Listen to your mind and body and take adequate breaks when your brain signals you to, don't push yourself beyond reason.

  • Create a to-do list for the week divided under aspects important to you. Don't overpopulate this and keep it simple.

  • Planning my next holiday to

Jaipur. Madchatter takes one annual off-site where everybody breaks out of their remote and hybrid setups to catch up, bond beyond professional commitments and party hard. This year, we are headed to Jaipur to soak in the food, heritage and stories.

A recent ad campaign I liked

This is a long list, but for brevity's sake, Apple's Invincibles campaign really spoke and stood out due to its departure from the usual Apple ads, effectively breaking attention fatigue. It simplifies complex concepts, features adorable dogs, merges technology with emotional storytelling, and stays true to Apple's brand promise of enhancing users' lives.
