My leadership mantra is to work with good people, do good unto them and then good shall be done unto you. It's a cycle—surround yourself with good, and good will inevitably find its way back to you.

A lot of young professionals say, how do I start? When do I start? The answer is just to start in the present. Don't look left or right; put your head down, stay focused, and start now.
How I recharge on the weekends
I recharge on weekends with ample sleep, tennis, swimming, and lots of time with family and friends. I listen to lots of music, too; music stimulates creativity for me.
