The best part of my job is

I get to work with different brands and also with different people.

At this point I’m a bike nerd, FMCG expert, plywood pro and so much more.

Additionally, to be able to work with different creative people and have conversations, every day is a new learning experience.

My leadership mantra

Leading by example. We at Sociowash have always believed in working the hardest if you are a leader. A leader should be someone that the team looks up to and says, 'Hey, that's some energy that this person has.”

My career-defining moment

It was the day we decided to start Sociowash. As 22-year-olds without any agency background. We were maybe brave or maybe naive but that day has defined life for me in so many beautiful ways.

My advice to young professionals

Cliché as it may be, hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard enough. Get your head down and work as hard as you can and you will get everything you want and need.

How I recharge on the weekends

A lot of family time. A lot of time in the gym and of course some content binge-watching and FIFA time.

A recent ad campaign I liked

The not-so-recent but recent one is the SRK Diwali campaign. It was the perfect amalgamation of technology and creativity. More importantly, it was creativity that led to impact - that resonated with me most, since it is also the core belief for us here at SW.
