The best part of my job is

The opportunity to steer the brand's narrative and directly influence its growth and perception in the market. I enjoy developing strategies and using technology to scale marketing efforts, ultimately driving user acquisition and business growth. I also find it rewarding to guide a team, fostering a collaborative environment and watching them grow.

My leadership mantra

My leadership mantra is "Lead by example and empower others". I believe that the best way to inspire my team is by setting a high standard of professionalism and dedication. I strive to create an environment where every member feels valued, has the freedom to innovate, and the support to take calculated risks.

My career-defining moment

My career-defining moment was when I successfully led the rebranding campaign for Forbes and CNBC TV18. It required careful planning, coordination, and execution, and its success reinforced my belief in the power of strategic branding and marketing. This experience taught me that taking risks and pushing boundaries can lead to significant rewards.

My advice to young professionals

My advice for young professionals is to stay curious and never stop learning. The marketing landscape is constantly evolving and being adaptable is crucial. Don't be afraid to take on challenges, as they often provide the best learning experiences. Also, networking is essential - build meaningful relationships within and outside your industry.

How I recharge on the weekends

On weekends, I recharge by spending quality time with my family and indulging in my hobbies. I enjoy reading, particularly anything related to marketing, technology, and leadership. I also believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, so I ensure to engage in physical activities like swimming and running.

A recent ad campaign I liked

Apple's Privacy. That's iPhone was a masterstroke in the way it communicated a complex and critical issue like data privacy in a straightforward and engaging manner. It effectively highlights the brand's commitment to user privacy. It served as a reminder of how effective communication can turn a complex subject into a compelling marketing message.
