TATA Sons, holding company of Tata Group has decided to part ways with Counselage, Suhel Seth's brand consultancy. The development comes following a host of allegation of sexual harassment against the celebrity consultant that surfaced on social media platforms.

Seth had launched Counselage as an independent venture, in 2002. He was accused of sexual harassment by several women in the recent #MeToo campaign in India.
"Counselage's contract with Tata Sons will end on November 30, 2018," said a Tata Sons spokesperson.

Sources said, the company decided to end the contract with Seth's firm with a month's notice and had stopped engaging with Counselage ever since the allegations surfaced.
Seth had been named by at least seven women so far including author Ira Trivedi, actor Diandra Soares and freelance journalist Mandakini Gahlot.
