Ishrani has more than 25 years of experience in sales and customer marketing in the FMCG industry. He has spent 21 years at Hindustan Unilever and four years at Pidilite.
The Maharashtra-based Parag Milk Foodshas roped in Mahesh Ishrani as chief marketing officer. Ishrani will lead global sales and marketing functions of brands Gowardhan and Go, including marketing strategy, brand development and marketing communications.
Ishrani says,

Ishrani has more than 25 years of experience in sales and customer marketing in the FMCG industry. He began his career in 1987 and spent 21 years with Hindustan Unilever, working on different profiles. His last assignment at HUL included managing sales for the Pureit business in the West.
Later, in 2009, he shifted to Pidilite as Chief Rurban; his mandate at Pidilite was to build business structure and create the route to market strategy.
Parag Milk Foods produces skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, ghee, processed cheese, butter, dahi, proprietary foods like dairy whitener and gulab jamun mix powder under the brand names Gowardhan and Go.
One of the country's largest dairies in the country, it was established in 1992 with an output capacity of a million litres daily. It supplies its products to reputed hotels, restaurants, institutions and caterers. It has a national tie up with companies such as Baskin Robins, Barista, Café Coffee Day and others, and also exports products to 27 countries in West Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa.
