Inching closer to the final berth, the teams fought it out in the Delhi leg. Playing its first match, Team Blazar got to taste the high adrenaline performances.
GroupM (B) versus Blazar
The first encounter of the day was between GroupM (B) and Blazar. The former won the toss and decided to bat. Prashast and Shashi opened the inning for Team GroupM. While the former scored 4 runs, Shashi was run out at 51 runs (off 25 balls, 9X4, 1X6). Sunil and Varun came next but were both declared out leg before wicket. Ashish from the side scored 22 runs (in 14 balls, 3X4, 1X6) and supported his side to give the opponents a 98-run target. Nitesh of Team Blazar clinched four wickets and made things difficult in the three overs he bowled.
Team Blazar tried its best to live up to the challenge thrown by the opponents, but couldn't meet the set target. Nitesh couldn't do much talking through his bat and scored 17 runs (off 20 balls, 2X4), while his opening partner Anil scored 14 runs (off 16 balls, 3X4). Next in line, Shardul remained not out at 22 runs (off 15 balls, 2X4, 1X6). Shashi of Team GroupM was declared the Man of the Match for his half-century. Team GroupM (B) won the encounter by 23 runs.
Madison (B) versus Mudra
The next match of the day was between Madison and Mudra. Madison won the toss and decided to bat. Shariq and Deepak opened the batting attack for Team Madison. Shariq scored 30 runs (off 15 balls, 5X4, 1X6), while Deepak was caught just after he sent the ball across the boundary for a four. Mustafa from the side scored a half-century in 20 balls (4X4, 5X6), while Kartik scored 35 runs (off 17 balls, 6X4, 1X6). Gaurav of Team Mudra clinched four wickets, giving away 32 runs in three overs. Team Madison gave the opponents a target of 137 runs.
Team Mudra displayed determination. The openers Anwesh and Shubhendu struck a decent partnership and scored 38 runs (5X4, 3X6) and 11 runs (2x4), respectively. After a harsh inning, Team Mudra managed to breach the target and won the match. Gaurav of Team Mudra was declared the Man of the Match for his stiff bowling attack.
Dentsu versus Blazar
The next match of the day was between Dentsu and Blazar. The latter won the toss and decided to bowl first. Abhishek, the opener, was sent back when he was declared out while running between the wickets. He scored 38 runs (off 21 balls, 8X4). Ashish, the other opener, couldn't even open his account and was declared out leg before wicket. The team wrapped up its inning at 85 runs, losing seven wickets. Samarth of Team Blazar took four wickets, giving away 22 runs in a little more than two overs.
The opening pair of the side couldn't strike a strong tie-up as Amit, the opener, headed back after scoring only five runs (off four balls, 1X4). Shardul of Team Blazar scored the maximum of 35 runs (off 23 balls, 3X4, 2X6). Faizullah of Team Dentsu cornered three wickets and helped contain the opponents at just 62 runs. Team Dentsu won the match by 23 runs. Faizullah of Team Dentsu was adjudged the Man of the Match for his measured bowling.

Draftfcb Ulka versus NewsX
The second match of the tournament was between Draftfcb Ulka and NewsX. NewsX won the toss and decided to bowl to the opponent. The openers of Team Draft, Sumeet and Damodar, scored 11 runs (off eight balls, 2X4) and 24 runs (off 10 balls, 3X4, 2X6), respectively. None from the side could withstand the opponent's bowling attack and the team wrapped up by garnering a modest 88 runs. Kashif of Team NewsX cornered four crucial wickets, but couldn't help his side win.
Amid crisp bowling and tight fielding, Team Draft, under Naresh Dutt's able captaincy, pulled the match in its favour. Team NewsX couldn't breach the target set and managed only 85 runs after losing four wickets. Team Draft won the match by just 3 runs and Dutt was declared the Man of the Match for his overall performance.
GroupM (A) versus Interactive Avenues
The next match of the tournament was between Interactive Avenues and GroupM (A). Interactive Avenues won the toss and decided to wield the bat. Team Interactive Avenues lost the vigour needed to win a match. The team couldn't stand the stiff bowling attack of the opponent. The maximum a batsman scored was 14 runs (off 12 balls, 1X4). Setting a target of 56 runs, the team couldn't even face the complete 10 overs.
Starting the attack for Team GroupM, Mohit scored 15 runs off 10 balls (2X4), while Praveen scored 20 runs (off 21 balls, 3X4). The team met the target with ease as the opponents lacked in their bowling, too. Team GroupM won the match by two wickets and Praveen was declared the Man of the Match.
Dentsu versus Mudra Max
The last match of the day was between Dentsu and Mudra Max. The latter won the toss and decided to bowl first. Among the openers of team Dentsu, Abhishek scored 19 runs (off 12 balls, 3X4, 1X6) and Ashish scored 17 runs (off 13 balls, 2X4, 1X6). Faizullah supported the team by scoring 36 runs (off 15 balls, 5X4, 1X6). The team wrapped up its inning at 100 runs, losing seven wickets. Anwesh of Team Mudra took three wickets, while Gaurav took two wickets, and Manas and Shubhendu clinched one wicket each.
Anwesh and Shubhendu, who opened the batting order for Team Mudra, stumbled at the tight bowling by the opponents. Team Mudra wrapped up in just 46 runs, losing seven wickets. Team Dentsu won the match by a wide margin of 54 runs. Faizullah of the side was adjudged the Man of the Match for his superlative performance.
