Senco Gold & Diamonds launches the 'PRIDE Collection'

Jewellery retail chain Senco Gold & Diamonds has launched a special 'PRIDE Collection' as a gesture of support for the LGBTQ community. The new collection includes specially designed gold and silver pendants named Trans Hearty, G-Rex and Less More.

They were unveiled at a fashion show titled 'Sphulingo - Freedom of Expression' with a group of transgender men and women. June is celebrated as 'Pride Month' globally to commemorate the Stonewall riots that occurred at the end of June 1969 and to recognise the impact LGBTQ people have had on the world.

Suvankar Sen, executive director, Senco Gold & Diamonds, says "We have launched our Pride Collection in honour of the LGBT community, especially transgender women, on the occasion of Pride Month. The Pride collection, immaculately crafted and designed, would appeal to all sections of buyers we cater to with different varieties that we offer from our stable."

Prices range from Rs 16,000 for the gold collection and silver retails from Rs 500 upwards.
