A quick look at Vani's 19-year-long career so far: After earning an MBA degree from Management Development Institute, Vani worked at Leo Burnett, before taking the plunge into the world of brand marketing. Companies she worked at include Henkel, RB, Unilever (regional marketing manager, hair, South Asia), and most recently PepsiCo, where she has worked very closely on Kurkure, a salty snack brand that has been a prolific advertiser.
In 2015, Business Today profiled Vani and credited her with making Kurkure a Rs.1,000 crore brand.
